LEVIN is a innovative brand by the Villa Noria estate, located in Montagnac between sea and scrubland in south of France. Founded in 2010 by two friends united by a shared vision of a more respectful approach to viticulture—one that honours both nature and people—Villa Noria has established itself as a pioneer of organic farming in the Hérault region.
In line with this commitment, LEVIN embodies a new way of drinking — alcohol-free, yet offering all the pleasure and aromatic richness expected from a drink of true character.
Elaborated from organic grapes and a unique process of natural alcohol-free fermentation, LEVIN's cuvées offer an authentic, refined and responsible experience.

The crafting of LEVIN
Discover the artisanal process of LEVIN 0%, a method respectful of our terroir and nature, for a sparkling alcohol-free fermented beverage, authentic et refined.
- Grape harvesting: Organic grapes are picked at maturity, then destemmed;
- Pressing: The grapes are gently pressed;
- Alcohol-free fermentation: The must if naturally fermented, using a house starter culture (a natural blend of yeasts and bacteria). This fermentation produces no alcohol but develops the aromas;
- Filtration: The juice is filtered to make it clear and clean;
- Resting: The drink rests for a while to develop its flavors, like a true wine, but without alcohol;
- Bottling: It is then bottled without the addition of artificial flavors or sulfites.

The result is a naturally fermented, alcohol-free beverage, organic, complex, and refined, available in white, rosé, or red, with a natural aromatic profile derived from the grape and the terroir.
