“Midi Libre” discover Levin

The Levin 0% range was launched last December. The result of three years of research by Fabien Gross and Cédric Arnaud, it produces a naturally alcohol-free drink made from organic grapes. “Alcohol-free wines, I think they’re kind of my thing,” smiles Fabien Gross. This Alsatian, a trained oenologist, has just launched a brand new range, Levin 0%, with his business partner Cédric Arnaud, made from the organic vines of their Villa Noria estate in Montagnac.
